There is something magical about golden hour on the beach the soft sound of crashing waves, the gentle ocean breeze, and the calm that settles over the shore as the sun begins to set.
On August 1st, we teamed up with our friends at Coastal Social Hour to bring a luxury beach experience to Ocean City, Maryland: Wellness Club: The Summer Reset. Designed to help our community slow down and recharge, the evening was all about doing exactly what it sounds like—resetting, restoring, and reconnecting.
Guided Gua Sha for lymphatic drainage
With their very own custom Gua Sha tools to keep, guests learned ancient facial massage techniques designed to relieve facial tension as mentioned in this 2025 study, boosts lymphatic drainage, and promote a radiant glow. Doing a grounding sculpt ritual with the ocean as the backdrop was nothing short of transformative.
To kick off the evening, guests rolled out their mats for a 45-minute sculpted Pilates class. Designed to build core strength, lengthen muscles, and improve posture, the session focused on controlled, intentional movement.
How Does Red Light Therapy support lymphatic drainage?
To wrap up our beachfront sanctuary session as the sky turned shades of warm pink and gold, we treated everyone to a sunset recovery experience using Project E Beauty LED Red Light Therapy Masks.
Wearing our red light masks while listening to the tide was the ultimate form of self-care. Red light technology works at a cellular level to stimulate collagen production, reduce inflammation which is highlighted in this 2017 Study and enhance the skin’s natural luminosity, leaving everyone with an effortless, sun-kissed post-wellness glow.
