Returns & Warranty Policy

We offer a 60-day return window for eligible Project E Beauty products. Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of receiving your order. To start your return, please click HERE or contact our support team at hello@projectebeauty.com. Approved items must be shipped back and in transit to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving the return confirmation to process a refund.

Important Notes:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please ensure that the return is sent with a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost or delayed returns..
• Returned items must include all original packaging, instructions, and accessories in good condition with no damage or excessive wear. Missing or damaged components may result in a deduction from your refund.
• Returns are inspected upon receipt to ensure compliance with our policies.
• Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Processing Time:
Once your return is received, please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 7–10 business days to reflect. During periods of high return volume, or when additional inspection is required, processing may take up to 30–45 days. Shipping fees and coverage costs are non-refundable.

Warranty:
All Project E Beauty purchases made directly from projectebeauty.com or authorized retailers are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. To file a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and contact our support team for assistance. A video showing the issue is required for all warranty claims so our team can properly investigate the concern and provide the most appropriate support or resolution.

Delivered but Not Received:
If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, it is non-refundable. However, we will replace the product. A secure new shipping address with signature confirmation is required to prevent further issues.

Exclusion to the Warranty

Warranty does not apply to the following:

Skincare, Ice Rollers & Derma Rollers

Opened or used skincare products, Ice Rollers, and Derma Rollers are not eligible for return or refund. However, these items are fully covered for manufacturing defects under our 2-year limited warranty. Please contact our support team at hello@projectebeauty.com for warranty claims or further assistance.

Skincare Included in Sets or Bundles

For products purchased as part of a set or bundle that includes skincare:

• Full Refund for a Set or Bundle: Partial returns are not eligible for a monetary refund. To receive a refund to the original payment method, the entire set or bundle must be returned, including the device, all accessories, and any included unopened skincare products.
• If the Included Skincare Has Been Opened or Used: Opened or used skincare products do not need to be returned. The customer may return the device and required accessories only and keep the opened or used skincare. In this case, the eligible refund for the returned device will be issued as Project E Beauty store credit, rather than refunded to the original payment method.

All returned devices and accessories remain subject to the standard return conditions and inspection requirements stated in this policy.

If the product has been discontinued, Project E Beauty would replace with the most comparable model still in production or offer store credit. In case of any dispute, Project E Beauty reserves the rights of final decision.
