Project E Beauty x Move & Meet
A fun and social morning combining movement, connection and recovery. Guests would start with social padel before flowing into a mat Pilates class, finishing with a guided meditation while wearing the Project E Beauty red-light therapy masks.
Afterwards, everyone would enjoy healthy refreshments while mingling. This combines two of London's fastest-growing fitness trends and creates a really memorable recovery moment.
